Benefits – It is the best oil for hairs. It conditions your hairs as well as promote hair growth and resist hair loss. Coconut oil is rich in essential fats, minerals and proteins, these all are active for preventing hair breakage and is also rich in potassium and iron.
Remedy – just warm coconut oil and massage with it on your scalp and hairs from root to tip. Leave it for at least one hour. Then rinse hairs with a mild shampoo.
Benefits – It contains potassium, vitamin C and iron, all of which are very nutritious for hairs potassium is very important because its deficiency leads to hair loss.
Remedy – Peel off a washed potato. Cut it into small pieces and put them into a blender for puree. Filter this puree to get potato juice. To this juice add 1 tsp of each honey and water. Mix them all well. Apply this mixture on your scalp and hairs well. Let your hairs stay like this for about 30 mins. Wash off with regular shampoo.
Aloe Vera Gel
